Q:  Do I have to be a current customer of AAR Allen Aircraft, AAR Aircraft Turbine Center or AAR Distribution to order parts?

Yes. In order for you to be eligible for an AAR Commercial website account, you must be an existing customer of AAR Allen Aircraft, AAR Distribution or AAR Aircraft Turbine Center.

Q:  How do I change my user account information?

As an AAR Commercial website customer, you may change your account user information at any time by contacting the AAR Commercial website Product Administrator by phone 1-888-227-2271 or in writing by faxing your changes to 630-227-2979. Be sure to include your full name, company, fax and phone number so that the Administrator can contact you for any questions.
