Placing an order from the AAR CORP. Commercial website is a simple process. The first step is to register. This process involves agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and filling out a brief online form. Once you have completed this process, you will be assigned an AAR CORP. Commercial website User Name and Password.

Log In

Enter your User Name and Password in the fields on the AAR CORP. Commercial website home page and then click the "Log In Now!" button. You are now logged in.

Search the Parts Database

After logging in, the next screen you will see is the Database Search page. Enter a complete part number in the field and click the Search button.

Exact Part # Matches(s)

The details for your requested part will be displayed on the next screen. The information displayed includes:

Part # - Manufacturer part number.
FSC - Federal Supplier Code
Description - A brief description of the corresponding part. (Note: some descriptions in the database may be inaccurate. Always check the Part # and FSC for the part you are ordering.)
Condition - The condition of the part. Condition codes include:
Code Name Description Warranty
F Factory New Unit received from OEM or authorized distributor in original package. The OEM warranty will be assigned; no AAR warranty will be provided.
N New (Unused) Unit received from other than OEM or authorized distributor. One (1) year warranty from date of shipment. Thirty (30) day warranty from date of shipment for expendables
O Overhauled & Certified Unit overhauled by an authorized agency or airline to a TSO of 00:00 or "overhauled". One (1) year warranty from date of shipment.
O* Overhauled Same as "O" condition with tag > 2 years.
S Serviceable Unit used, certified airworthy by an authorized agency or airline. Six months from date of shipment.
S* Serviceable Same as "S" condition with tag > 2 years.
R Repairable Unit used, not certified airworthy, but can be economically repaired and/or overhauled. No warranty expressed or given other than the unit is repairable at the time of delivery.
A As Is Condition and history unknown; unit has no airworthiness certification. No warranty expressed or given except as to title.

Division -
"A" indicates the part is from Allen Aircraft.
"D" indicates an AAR Distribution part.
"T" indicates an AAR Aircraft Turbine Center part.
Qty. In Stock - Indicates how many units are available for sale.
Unit Price - Indicates the sales price for the part.
Order Qty. - This is where you enter the quantity that you would like to order. Please note that you may not order more items than we currently have in stock.

Near Matches

The search results screen also provides you with a listing of near matches to your requested part number. These are located in the Summary of Near Matches table on the lower portion of the page. To view more details for any of these parts, click on the part number. The new part number will now be featured in the Part Details table (top of page).

If you would like to start a new search, use the search field at the top of the page.

To order any of the items in the Part Details table, type a quantity in the Order Quantity field. (Be sure that you are not ordering more than we have in stock.) Then click the Add to Order button to make sure that the quantity is recorded.

Review Your Order

After you add an item or items to your order, you will jump to the Review Order screen. From here you can delete items from your order, change the quantity of items in your order, conduct a new part number search to add more items to your order or cancel your order entirely. If you update your order (by deleting items or changing quantities) you must click the Update Order button to ensure that those changes are recorded. The reset button will return any modifications you have made to their original state. If you are satisfied with your order, click the Go to Checkout button.

Check Out

On the Check Out page, you must first verify your order. Then you must enter your Purchase Order Number and Shipping Information. Please note: the Shipping Information fields will contain the standard shipping information that we have in our database. If you need to alter this information, simply type over it. Be sure to indicate the carrier, shipping method and any special shipping instructions in the fields provided. When you have filled out the forms entirely, click the Send Order Now button. You will then see the Order Request Acknowledgment screen which recaps your order information. Please print this page and keep it for your records.

Log Out
