Q: Do I have to be a current customer of AAR Mobility Systems to order parts?

Yes. In order for you to be eligible for an Online Military Government account, you must be an existing customer of AAR Mobility Systems.

Q: When can I place an order?

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year through the AAR Online Military Government website. Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern. Note: Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday morning.

Q: How do I change my user account information?

As an AAR Military Government customer, you may change your account user information at any time by contacting the AAR Military Government Online Product Administrator:

    by phone 1-800-355-2015
    by faxing your change request in writing to 231-779-4804
    by e-mail to milsales@aarcorp.com

Be sure to include your full name, company, fax and phone number so that the Administrator can contact you with any questions.

Q: How do I change my shipping address once I've submitted my order?

If you realize the address on your order is incorrect, you must contact the respective Order Processor immediately. The address cannot be changed if the order has already been shipped.

Q: Whom do I contact if my order doesn't arrive?

Please contact the respective Order processor if you do not receive the Order Confirmation message in 72 hours. A final Order Shipment notice will be sent once the order has been shipped from our facility.

Q: Do I have to send you a hard copy of my PO?

A hard copy of a Purchase Order is not necessary to process your order request.

Q: Can I order more than one part at a time?

Yes. When you fill in an Order Quantity for a part and click Add to Order, each part will then be added to your order.

Q: Can part number or part quantity be changed from the Review Order Page?

Yes. After selecting a part on the Search Results page, you will then be asked to Review Your Order. At this point you can delete an item from your order, change the quanity of a part that you selected, or cancel your entire order.
